一、教育的理念
1.重視常規與禮儀
園所對常規和禮儀的重視,利用上午全園一起活動的 時間,讓孩子學習社交的禮儀和互動技巧。一大早入園的時 間也是孩子們學習禮貌的第一步,小小的人兒和老師們互道 早安的過程中,禮儀就在每個細節裡被實踐。園所的各種機 會教育討論著禮儀的重要性,我們曾經扮演過孩子活動中 的客人角色,一個個熱情的小主人,對待扮演客人的我們可 是彬彬有禮,熱情又體貼,生活中的規範與禮節,就是在一次 次的演練過程中逐漸形成一種自然。
2.注重品格的涵養
品格是孩子成就一生的資產,擁有良好的品格,便是 學習首要之事。
​運用愛聽故事是幼兒階段的特性,園所於生活中設計了許多 的故事涵養孩子的品格。成人亦須體認品格教育的重要性, 許多親子專刊及報章雜誌放置於家長隨手可得之處,讓嘉 長同步在教養理念的面向不斷成長,親師攜手合作助益更大。
3.全能力的發展
多元化的能力發展,一直藉由遊戲式的學習落實增進, 培養孩子對於周圍的事物好奇,點燃急欲探索的熱情,反覆 操作的過程中習得能力與自信。幼兒的各方面能力獲得一個 善良的啟發,學習的越有心得,便越愛學習,就像我們不曾 告訴孩子學習王卡上的字型叫做什麼,但孩子就是能夠透過各種 資訊取得他想認識的字型資料,這就是這熱情、就是心得、就 事方法。將這些有利於學習的因素融入孩子各項能力的學習 之中,幼而學的機制便能蓬勃發展,已達成全方位發展的 目標。
4.開放精神的教育
愛和關懷是我們無時無刻在孩子戶動間,所營造的氣 息與氛圍,我們透過與孩子溝通和討論的過程中,幫助孩子釐 清自己的真正想法與期待。開放的精神陶冶著孩子懂得尊重 與展現自我,點點滴滴的能量在這始終不變的堅持下,心中 蘊藏的種子(品格、禮節、多元能力)便逐漸發芽。

               To fulfill our mission of enriching the development of children. Our Preschool hosts a  curriculum that incorporates confident building, science, math, bilingual language art and gymnastic lessons. Teachers guide children through read-aloud, hands-on activities, and natural exploration every day. This approach begets a developmentally appropriate, academically rigorous foundation that prepares your child for social and emotional success in future schooling.

Our environment pairs a warm, nurturing classroom with purposeful play in our state-of-the-art gymnastics facility to offer a unique and progressive learning environment that sparks each student’s intellectual, physical and social growth.

Educational Philosophy

1. Play-based & Student-centered Environment   

     Students Thorugh play-based and student-centered environment, children will be learning with motivation and fun experience. Our environment support children. by involving ample opportunities to explore, imagine, investigate and engage in the purposeful and meaningful experience. It is through play-based experiences that children make sense of their world. 

 

2. Focus on problem-solving & team working

        Students explore the fundamental experiences of feelings, friendship and families, teamwork, helping others, solving problems and learning more about themselves and their community. The emphasis is always on developing social and emotional confidence. They will learn how to solve problems, communication, listening to others through several various activities. 

3. Global Vision & Embrace Diversity

       We are a bilingual school immersed children in both Chinese and English. We intend to give children a global vision by meeting international students, teacher to broaden student's horizon and share Taiwanese culture. Showing respect and understanding other's culture are important for young children. We would also love inviting people to share their home culture to school.

4. Growth Mindset Education    

    In our school, we encourage a positive and reciprocal relationship between teachers and students. Unlike most Taiwanese preschool, we intend to respect kids' opinion and make effective communication. Our teachers guide children to express themselves in the proper ways and help to find strategies to deal with the children's negative emotion.
